Special Reminders for Conference Presenters

All presentations are 20 minute oral presentations.

Registration fees must have been received by August 15, 2004 in order for your name and presentation title to appear in the official conference program. This deadline is now passed.

The conference site will supply one overhead projector per room. No other media (slides, computer and projector, VCR / DVD and monitor) will be available.

If you plan to distribute photocopied materials in conjunction with your presentation, please bring sufficient copies with you to the conference. A business center is located at the hotel; costs are to be paid by the individual presenter and not the ISTW conference.
