Conference Registration

The deadline for conference registration in order to secure a place on the program has passed.

Cancellation Fees: You will be refunded the full amount of your conference registration minus a $25 processing fee if you cancel your conference registration prior to September 30, 2004. No refunds (full or partial) will be issued after October 1, 2004.

Fees

Registration fees for the conference are as follows:

Faculty: $120 a

Graduate students:  $75

Registration fee includes continental breakfast on Friday and Saturday, Friday luncheon, and all conference materials. 

All conference presenters must pay full conference registration fees at the appropriate levels. 

Hotel
